Because of the perishable nature of our products we do not use a service that provides shipments to P.O. Boxes. If you have an address that you're sending your package to, that is accepted. Otherwise, you will not be able to place any orders to a P.O. Box with our store.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods, inform us immediately and we will arrange for the item(s) to be returned. Upon inspecting the item(s), we will either exchange the item(s) or provide a refund.

Doggo Bits reserves the right to substitute products, if and when it is necessary. We will only substitute a product of equal or greater value than what has been ordered. This circumstance does not happen frequently because we try to provide 100% fulfillment of all orders. However, when it does, we will insure that the item we substitute will be within the same price range and flavor category as the item you ordered.

Shipping Rate is a flat fee.
